Our private equity strategy targets value investments primarily in companies in the industrials, chemicals, business services and distribution and financial services sectors. The mandate has also historically included portfolios of residential loans, but over the last decade, the number and size of such transactions has declined, as our focus has been refined.

As of June 30, 2025, Lone Star’s private equity strategy aggregate purchase price of 58 investments totaled approximately $59.5 billion (including acquisition financing and co-investors).
