Lone Star Fund VIII, formed in March 2013, held its final closing in May 2013 with $5.1 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 13-month investment period, Lone Star Fund VIII invested substantially all of its equity capital in 20 investments, comprising 47,436 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $19.1 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Fund VIII included investments in the Americas, Western Europe and Japan in financially-oriented and other operating companies and loans and securities, including single-family residential debt and corporate debt products.

Lone Star Fund VIII invested 90% of its equity capital in North America.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund III

Lone Star Real Estate Fund III, formed in October 2013, held its final closing in October 2013 with approximately $7.0 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 18-month investment period, Lone Star Real Estate Fund III invested substantially all its equity capital in 20 investments, comprising 1,314 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $20.6 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Real Estate Fund III included investments in commercial real estate debt and equity products in Europe, the U.S. and Japan.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund III invested 91% of its equity capital in Europe.

Lone Star Fund IX

Lone Star Fund IX, formed in April 2014, held its final closing in July 2014 with $7.2 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 30-month investment period, Lone Star Fund IX invested substantially all of its equity capital in 33 investments, comprising 129,870 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $34.1 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Fund IX included investments in the Americas and Western Europe in operating and financial services companies, including single-family residential debt and corporate and consumer debt products.

Lone Star Fund IX invested 74% of its equity capital in North America and 26% in Europe.

Lone Star Fund IX, formed in April 2014, held its final closing in July 2014 with $7.2 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 30-month investment period, Lone Star Fund IX invested substantially all of its equity capital in 33 investments, comprising 129,870 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $34.1 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Fund IX included investments in the Americas and Western Europe in operating and financial services companies, including single-family residential debt and corporate and consumer debt products.

Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I

Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I (U.S.), L.P. and Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I Holdings (Bermuda), L.P. (collectively, “Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I”), formed in December 2014, held their first and final closing in December 2014 with $1.3 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 48-month investment period, Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I invested $484 million of equity capital in 10 investments, comprising 8,637 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $4.5 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I include investments in newly originated performing U.S. single-family residential mortgage loans and related investments. Prior to the termination of its commitment period, commitment amounts for Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I were reduced to $674 million.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV

Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV, formed in April 2015, held its final closing in April 2015 with approximately $5.8 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 12-month investment period, Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV invested substantially all its equity capital in 19 investments, comprising 1,040 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $21.5 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV included investments in commercial real estate debt and equity products in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV invested the majority of its equity capital in Europe and North America (approximately 63% and 31%, respectively).

Lone Star Real Estate Fund V

Lone Star Real Estate Fund V, formed in April 2016, held its final closing in April 2016 with approximately $5.8 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 36-month investment period, Lone Star Real Estate Fund V invested its equity capital in 13 investments, comprising 78,598 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $9.5 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Real Estate Fund V included investments in commercial real estate debt and equity products in Europe and Asia Pacific. Following its commitment period, commitment amounts for Lone Star Real Estate Fund V were reduced to $2.3 billion.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund V invested 79% of its equity capital in Europe, 13% in Other Asia and 8% in Japan.

Lone Star Fund X

Lone Star Fund X, formed in October 2016, held its final closing in November 2016 with approximately $5.5 billion in combined capital commitments. Over its 23-month investment period, Lone Star Fund X invested substantially all its equity capital in 15 investments, comprising 44,314 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $18.3 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Fund X included investments in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America in opportunistic investments in operating and financial services companies, including single-family residential debt and corporate and consumer debt products.

Lone Star Fund XI, formed in September 2018, held its final closing in February 2019 with approximately $8.1 billion in capital commitments. Over its 53-month investment period, Lone Star Fund XI invested its equity capital in 15 investments, comprising 45,103 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $20.8 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Fund XI include investments in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America in opportunistic investments in operating and financial services companies, including single-family residential debt and corporate and consumer debt products.

Lone Star Fund XI invested the majority of its equity capital in North America and Europe (approximately 50% and 45%, respectively).

Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund II

Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund II, formed in March 2019, held its final closing in April 2019 with approximately $761 million in capital commitments. Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund II had a broader mandate than Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund I. Over its 37-month investment period, Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund II invested its equity capital in 11 investments comprised of 18,799 assets with an aggregate purchase price of approximately $7.9 billion. Transactions consummated by Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund II include investments in newly originated performing U.S. single-family residential mortgage loans and low LTV non-performing loans backed by U.S. residential collateral and re-performing and sub-performing loans backed by U.S. residential collateral.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI

Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI, formed in April 2019, held its final closing in June 2019 with approximately $4.6 billion in capital commitments. Over its 50-month investment period, Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI invested its equity capital in 19 investments, comprising 1,494 assets with an aggregate purchase price of $10.4 billion. Transactions completed by Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI included investments in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America in opportunistic commercial real estate investments.

Lone Star Real Estate Fund VI invested 40% of its equity capital in Japan, 31% in Europe and 29% in North America.
